Refund & Cancellation

At aasai.com, we care about your satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately through email or WhatsApp with your order number.
  • If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2. Returns & Replacements

Because we deal with food, batter, and other perishable items, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered. However, we do accept replacement or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or spoiled during delivery.
  • The item is expired or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery.

Please report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof sent to our support email or WhatsApp. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for refund/replacement.

3. Refund Process

  • After verification of your claim, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Orders returned without valid reason or without prior approval from our support team.
