1. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver to selected pin codes across India. To check if delivery is available in your area, please enter your pin code on the product page or during checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of delays due to high demand, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
3. Delivery Time
- Local deliveries (within Chennai or nearby areas): 1–3 working days.
- Other cities in India: 3–7 working days depending on the courier partner and location.
- Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery Charges
- Free delivery may be available for eligible orders or promotional offers (e.g., “Free Delivery on ₹299+ orders”).
- For other orders, delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment status anytime using that link.
6. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our courier partner will make up to two (2) attempts. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing any items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the parcel. We will verify and arrange for replacement or refund where applicable.
